A raw foods diet is a diet made up of organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains. A raw foods plant-based diet is rich in its natural vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. An organic raw foods diet is considered to be a detox diet meaning that the foods are consistently cleansing the body of its toxins.
