Wheatgrass (Have photo of wheatgrass)Now wheatgrass and it is last on my list for a reason. I am probably the last raw foodist on the planet that does not like wheatgrass. As a matter of fact, the first wheatgrass shot that I had I vomited all over myself. But wheatgrass is so cleansing for the body. It is important that you do not eat anything before you have a wheatgrass shot and I would only recommend have 1 to 2 oz at a time.At the Optimum Health Institute they have a wheatgrass regimen for their clients. If you are new to raw foods and have never tried wheatgrass, I suggest that you wait awhile to try it. Maca (Have photo of maca root)
